VW spoofs on YouTube - what is acceptable, and what's not

It appears that VW are trying to find out who posted a Nazi-themed parody of a recent VW Golf commercial on YouTube (which has now been taken down). And rightly so.

While VW appears to be happy to tolerate genuine parodies of their car ads on YouTube - according to Wired, they're less keen on a spoof ad which appears to contradict the brand values it has spent so long building up...

But this old parody for the Polo is still up there - despite the PR brouhaha when it first appeared. (Warning - it may offend. Or you may laugh)
