Why mobile phones will change customer service forever

Been thinking a lot about how mobile phones will be used in future recently. Prompted by a few things really:
- Jeff Jarvis' recent Guardian column about how Reuters and Nokia joined forces to use an N82 to record video news in Davos
- The buzz around Qik, Mogulus, Seesmic etc
- Blogging a bit more
- News reports of kids filming their attacks to forward on
- Amy Winehouse being fimed by a "friend", and then featured on The Sun
It won't be too long before we're all Michael Moore - or more likely Ze Frank - and filming whatever we don't like to "expose" these organisations who we think are treating us badly. And this is inevitably bound to change the way that the "filmer" is then treated. I'll predict that it can only improve customer service... but watch this space.
I must admit, I haven't had the guts to try this yet. But I am tempted. If it works for anyone else, let me know...
